Hot Flapper Adult Halloween Costume Size Small 4-6 (B448)

Hot Flapper Adult Halloween Costume includes: Dress and headpiece.

Halloween will be here before you know it so if you haven't started thinking about costumes, you should. If you have children like myself they will need costumes to dress up for school and other area events

Why? Because it's fun. Kids love dressing up in costumes and having a reason to celebrate. Halloween is one of the most enjoyable holidays of the year as it offers all ages the opportunity to play the child, whether by donning costumes or eating the candy meant for trick-or-treaters. A fun way to celebrate the holiday is by hosting a Halloween party.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of kill joys out in the world. Therefore, you need to research area events and plan a schedule so that your children can celebrate Halloween safely.

Step 1

look for area Halloween celebrations that are safe and fun for children. Look in the newspaper, some are published on the internet. Look in your weekly free community ad paper, notices sent home by schools, and community calendars on radio website. Check with area churches to see what they are planning for Halloween.

Step 2

Decide on a schedule of activities for the week before Halloween. Many events begin a few weeks before Halloween such as haunted houses, corn mazes, pumpkin patches, hay rides, Zoo Boo, and apple picking complete with homemade apple cider. Some of these even reinforce science class information and help the children learn.

Step 3

Carve pumpkins with your children several days before Halloween. If your children are very young, let them draw the face and you cut it out. Then let them help scoop all the goo and seeds out. Don't forget to save the seeds and bake them in the oven to munch on later.

Step 4

Take your kids trick or treating. Halloween can be a very fun holiday for children. Taking them out to get candy is one of the best ways to celebrate Halloween with your children. Be careful though. Check the candy that they are given to make sure that it is safe. Most of all, be safe. Halloween is a holiday of tricks. There are many people that will be out trying to ruin the holiday for some people. Go out in groups so that you are not walking alone.
